All of our trainers are professionals in their own fields, whether it is boxing or fitness there is something here for everyone. For more information see our list of trainers below to find what is right for you. Private tuition and small-group training for gym members and non-members is available by arrangement. Please consult a trainer. Costs associated with personal training are not covered under the gym membership fee.

Tony Del Vecchio
Head boxing Coach /Owner

Body Dynamics and movement for Boxing
Fight Perpetration Professional and Amateur  

Tony has several years experience in the Fight game both as a competitor and as a coach. Has attained 6 World titles and 17 Regional title as a coach to date and now offers the same method to the general public.

International Boxing license. Combat Sports Authority licensed Professional Coach. Australian Amateur Boxing Accreditation. Cert III Australian Institute of Sport in Group Training.

Michael Pengue
Amateur Team Coach/PT

Michael Pengue is a former professional boxer and the coach of the amateur fight team at Bondi Boxing Club.

With years of experience inside the ring, Michael brings his passion for the sport and a wealth of knowledge to training the next generation of fighters. His dedication to boxing and his hands-on coaching style make him an integral part of the Bondi Boxing Club community, helping each athlete reach their full potential.

Amateur Team Coach/PT

Luke Southon is a key coach at Bondi Boxing Club, bringing his expertise and passion for boxing to the amateur fight team. With a focus on technical skill and athletic development, Luke's coaching style combines discipline with encouragement, helping fighters push their limits and grow both physically and mentally. Richmond Saliba
Sport Scientist

Richmond Saliba is the dedicated Sport Scientist at Bondi Boxing Club, specializing in strength and conditioning training. With a deep understanding of athletic performance, Richmond tailors programs to enhance power, endurance, and recovery, ensuring each athlete reaches their full potential. His expertise in the science behind training helps fighters stay at their peak, injury-free, and ready for competition.
